If your server is suspended, it's almost always because there's a pending invoice from the renewal.
How to reactivate it
- Go to your client area.
- Open the service and you'll see the pending invoice.
- Pay it. The server reactivates automatically, usually within a few minutes.
Your data is still there
A suspended server is not deleted immediately: your world and configuration are kept during the grace period. The sooner you pay, the sooner you get it back exactly as you left it.
If you paid and it doesn't reactivate within a few minutes, open a ticket with the invoice number and we'll check it.
