We offer a 24-hour free trial so you can check performance with your real modpack and players before paying anything.
How to request it
Open a ticket and tell us:
- Plan you want to try
- Server version (e.g.
1.20.1) - Server type (Vanilla, Paper, Forge, Fabric…)
- Location: Frankfurt (Germany) or Miami (USA)
With those details we build the server and send you the address and panel access in the same ticket.
What you should know
- It's a full 24 hours from the moment we hand the server over.
- You can try plans up to 24 GB of RAM. Plans above that aren't included in the trial.
- It's one per person, forever. If you already used your trial (even on another account), we can't give you a second one. Moving to a paid plan doesn't earn a new one either.
When the 24 hours end
The server is suspended and we leave the invoice ready in the ticket: pay it and it comes back instantly with your world and configuration untouched. If you don't, there's nothing to do and nothing to pay.
Any questions during the trial, just reply in the same ticket — that's what it's for.
