1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") forms part of the Terms and Conditions and applies to every client and service. Its aim is to protect our infrastructure, our other clients and third parties. By using our services you agree to comply with it.
2. Prohibited content and activities
You may not use the services to host, transmit, link to or facilitate, among others:
- Illegal content: child sexual abuse material, content promoting terrorism, hatred, discrimination or violence.
- Intellectual-property infringement: piracy, unlicensed distribution of software, media or games, counterfeit goods.
- Malware and fraud: viruses, ransomware, phishing, scam pages, carding or any deceptive activity.
- Spam: unsolicited bulk email, open mail relays, or any practice that harms our IP reputation.
- Network attacks: DDoS, port scanning, intrusion attempts, exploits, brute-forcing or any attempt to compromise systems, whether ours or third parties'.
- Stresser / booter services and any tool designed to attack third parties.
- Cryptocurrency mining.
- Unlicensed gambling and adult (NSFW) content where not expressly permitted.
3. Fair use of resources
Shared and burstable resources are provided for normal game-hosting and application workloads. You may not:
- Sustain abusive CPU, RAM or disk-I/O usage that degrades the experience of other clients on shared infrastructure.
- Use the service primarily as remote storage, a backup dump or a download/seedbox farm where this is not the purpose of the plan.
- Run processes that destabilise the node or evade the resource limits of your plan.
Where consumption exceeds the fair use of your plan, we may ask you to upgrade or may apply proportionate limits.
4. Game servers and third-party software
When running game servers (Minecraft, FiveM, Hytale and others) you must comply with the terms, EULAs and licences of the corresponding publisher or platform (for example the Minecraft EULA or the FiveM/Cfx.re terms). You are responsible for the legality of the mods, plugins, builds and content you install.
5. Security responsibilities
- Keep your software and applications updated and securely configured.
- Protect your credentials and access keys.
- Do not use the service to compromise the security of others.
- Report any vulnerability you find responsibly, without exploiting it.
6. Consequences of a breach
Depending on the severity, a breach of this AUP may result in:
- A warning and a request to remedy the issue.
- Immediate suspension of the service where there is a serious or imminent risk, or illegal activity.
- Termination of the service without a refund.
- Blocking of the IP address or account.
- Cooperation with the competent authorities where legally required.
7. Reporting abuse
If you detect any abuse, illegal content or security incident involving our services, please report it through a support ticket or at [email protected], including as much detail as possible (IP, URL, date and description). We will investigate and act accordingly.
