What we do not have is a datacenter in Spain: the servers are in Frankfurt and Miami. From Spain, Frankfurt gave us around 50 ms on a home connection, which you will not feel in Minecraft. And you do not have to take our word for it: two servers are open for you to measure yourself.

Astrol Nodes was founded in 2024 and invoices from Spain, in euros, with VAT included in the price you see. If you need an invoice for your community or for tax purposes, it is in your panel without asking. No currency conversion and no surprise charges at checkout.

Support in Spanish, by people

Tickets are read and answered by native Spanish speakers, at any hour. It is not a translated chatbot or a shift in another timezone that replies the next day.

Why Frankfurt and not Madrid

We do not have a datacenter in Spain and we would rather say so. Our nodes are in Frankfurt, which is where the Spanish network reaches well: a home measurement from southern Spain gave around 50 ms, and in Minecraft you do not feel that while playing. If your community is in Latin America, then the answer is Miami, not Frankfurt.

Do you have Minecraft servers in Spain?
No. Our nodes are in Frankfurt (Germany) and Miami (United States). We are a Spanish company and we invoice from Spain, but the hardware is not on Spanish soil, and we would rather say that upfront than have you find out later.
What ping will I get from Spain to a Frankfurt server?
A measurement from a home connection in southern Spain gave between 47 and 52 ms. Your figure depends on your ISP and area, so the best thing is to join juega.astrolnodes.net, which is open, and measure it yourself before paying anything.
Is that ping noticeable when playing Minecraft?
In practice, no. Minecraft is not a competitive shooter: at 50 ms the game feels smooth and you will not tell it apart from a server in Madrid. What you do feel is 120 ms or more, which is what you get connecting from Spain to a server in the Americas.
How much does a Minecraft server cost?

Does the invoice include Spanish VAT?

Then pick Miami instead of Frankfurt: same hardware and same price, but far less ping for Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Argentina or Chile. You choose the location when you order.
Can I change location later?
Yes, the server can be moved between our locations by opening a ticket. If you pick wrong, you are not stuck with it.
