We don't limit mods or players: install as many as you want. The real question is how much RAM you need to run smoothly. It depends mainly on two things: how many of you play at once and how many mods/plugins you use.
Quick guide
- Vanilla or a few plugins, small group → a basic plan is plenty.
- Light modpacks or a medium server → a mid-tier plan.
- Heavy modpacks (like Cobblemon, RLCraft…) or many players → a high plan. These modpacks are demanding and a low plan will crash.
Besides RAM, watch the CPU %: heavy mods also use CPU. If you're unsure, start with one and upgrade whenever you want (no commitment).
The safest way to get it right
Request the 24h free trial and test performance with your real modpack before paying. And if you like, tell us in the ticket how many players and which mods/modpack you'll use, and we'll recommend the exact plan.
