How you can pay
Payments are processed through two gateways: Stripe, which covers cards and card-linked methods, and PayPal. Prices shown already include VAT and are charged in euros. We don't accept cryptocurrencies at the moment.
Credit or debit card
The default option, processed by Stripe. You can save it so renewals are charged automatically, or remove it from the client area whenever you want.
PayPal
Pay with your PayPal account, through its own approval flow.
Wallets and express checkout
Pay with your fingerprint, your face or a couple of clicks, without typing your card number.
- Apple Pay: on iPhone, iPad and Mac using Safari.
- Google Pay: on Android and on Chrome with a Google session.
- Link: Stripe's express checkout, which saves your details once and reuses them on your next order.
- Revolut Pay: charged directly against your Revolut account.
- Amazon Pay: using the payment details you already have at Amazon.
Pay later
- Klarna: lets you defer or finance the order. The terms and the approval are decided by Klarna, not by Astrol Nodes.
Local methods
- Bizum: mobile payment through your bank, in Spain.
- Satispay: linked to your bank account, in Italy.
- BLIK: code-based payment through your bank, in Poland.
Why you don't see every method
The list you get at checkout isn't chosen by us: Stripe shows the methods compatible with your country, your device and your browser. Apple Pay only appears on Apple devices, Bizum only in Spain, Satispay only in Italy and BLIK only in Poland. If one is missing, card and PayPal are available in every country we operate in.
Keeping your data safe
- Your card details never pass through Astrol Nodes servers: the gateway collects them directly.
- Stripe and PayPal are PCI DSS compliant.
- We only see the card brand and its last four digits, just enough to identify the charge on your invoice.
Refunds
There are two windows, both counted from the moment you order:
- 7-day guarantee: if the service fails due to something on our side and we can't fix it, you get your money back. Open a ticket first so we can try to solve it.
- 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers): you can withdraw without giving a reason. Since the server is activated immediately, the portion already used is deducted, and the right is lost once the service has been fully provided.
Not refundable: domains, setup fees, renewals already in use, account credit, and services cancelled for breaking the rules. Refunds always go back to the original payment method.
To request one, open a ticket with your invoice number and what happened. Full details in the Refund Policy.
Tip: if you're unsure about performance or compatibility, try the 24h free trial first. That way you avoid paying for something that doesn't fit.
Payment "in transit" or not confirming
Sometimes a payment takes a while to confirm. If you already paid but the service isn't active, wait a few minutes and, if it stays the same, contact us with the receipt in a ticket.
