You can cancel the renewal anytime from your account.
Steps
- Go to your services.
- Open the service you want to cancel.
- Press Cancel and choose at the end of the period.
Important: when cancelling you can choose between "at the end of the period" or "immediately". The "immediately" option deletes your server right away, including your world and configuration, and it cannot be recovered. If you want to keep using the days you already paid for, always choose "at the end of the period".
What happens next (cancelling at the end of the period)
- The service stays active until the end of the period you already paid. You don't lose the days you paid for.
- When the date arrives, no new invoice is generated and the server is decommissioned.
If you cancelled because of something we can fix (performance, a question, an error), tell us in a ticket before you go: it often has a solution.
