Differences between Java and Bedrock so you pick the right server.

The edition you play determines the server type.

Java Edition

  • The PC one (official Minecraft Java launcher).
  • Supports mods (Forge/Fabric) and plugins (Paper/Spigot).
  • The most flexible option for modpacks and plugins.

Bedrock Edition

  • The mobile, console and Windows 10/11 one.
  • Uses addons (.mcaddon) instead of Java mods.
