How to change your server location

We have nodes in Frankfurt (Germany) and Miami (USA). Here's how to change region.

We have nodes in Frankfurt (Germany) and Miami (United States), and you can pick either one on all our game servers and VPS.

  • Frankfurt is the best option for players in Europe and Spain (around 30–45 ms from mainland Spain).
  • Miami is the best option if your community is in the Americas.

Change region

Changing location means moving your server to another node, so we handle it:

  1. Open a ticket.
  2. Tell us which location you want to move to.
  3. We take care of the move, keeping your world and configuration.

Picked the wrong region at checkout? No problem: message us and we'll fix it.

Looking for other US locations (Los Angeles or New York)? Those are available on dedicated servers.
