What is FiveM and why do I need a dedicated server?
FiveM is a modification of GTA V that lets you create private multiplayer servers with custom rules, mods and frameworks (RP, racing, free-roam). Your FiveM server runs your world 24/7 so your community can connect anytime, using frameworks like ESX, QBCore, QBox, vRP or ND_Core.
How much RAM do I need for my FiveM server?
We have 8 plans ranging from 4 GB (from €5.99/mo) up to 48 GB, all with unlimited NVMe storage. As a guide: for a lightweight RP with a small player count, 4-6 GB; for ESX/QBCore with medium mods and a fair crowd, 8-12 GB; for big servers with heavy MLOs, lots of scripts and vehicles, 16 GB or more. Does FiveM run better on a game server or a VPS?
A game server gives you a preconfigured panel, 1-click framework installs and managed support without root access. For the vast majority of RP servers it offers the best price/performance ratio. A VPS gives you full control: install the framework manually, manage backups and artifacts, and run other services alongside FiveM. Pick VPS if your setup is highly custom.
Do you support frameworks like ESX, QBCore, QBox, vRP or ND_Core?

How many players does each plan handle?
We do not cap slots: what matters is RAM and CPU. As a reference with an optimized framework, 4-6 GB works well for small or medium communities, 8-12 GB for servers with a fair crowd and mods, and 16 GB or more for large player counts with MLOs and lots of scripts. Do I need my own keymaster license or do you include one?
You need your own FiveM Keymaster key (free at keymaster.fivem.net). You link the key to your server from the panel. We send a step-by-step guide on activation so you have the key configured in under 5 minutes.
Is txAdmin pre-installed?
Yes, all our FiveM servers ship with txAdmin pre-installed and configured. From txAdmin you can hot-manage the server, view logs, ban players, manage resources and back up the world. Accessible from your panel without manual setup.
How do I migrate my FiveM server from another provider?
We help you free of charge. You upload the MySQL database, the resources folder and the config files (server.cfg). Our team verifies that the framework boots correctly and connects the resources. Typical full migration with DNS propagation takes 30-60 minutes.
