If your Hytale server won't start or it looks like "everything got deleted", it's almost always because server files were deleted.
The most common cause
Deleting files in the Files section thinking they reinstall on their own. They don't: if server files are missing, it can't start. Don't delete anything in that folder.
How to fix it
- If it's just stuck on
Server marked as starting..., give it a few minutes the first time (it's pulling the server image). - If you deleted files or it won't start, open a ticket: we reinstall your server from our side and it works again.
- Once it boots, remember to link your account with
/auth login device.
